Welcome to Read With Me. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Read With Me website, services, and book clubs. By creating an account, subscribing to a book club, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use Read With Me.

 

1. About Read With Me

Read With Me is a platform that allows creators to host book clubs and offer subscription-based access to reading communities, discussions, and related content. Creators independently set the pricing, content, and structure of their book clubs.

 

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use Read With Me, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian

  • Provide accurate and complete account information

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

 

3. Subscriptions and Pricing

  • Book club subscription prices are set by individual creators

  • Prices, billing frequency, and included benefits are displayed at the time of signup

  • By subscribing, you authorize Read With Me to charge the applicable subscription fees using your selected payment method

Prices may change at the creator’s discretion. Any changes will apply to future billing cycles unless otherwise stated.

 

4. Billing and Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled

  • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers

  • Read With Me does not store full payment card details

You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to your subscription.

 

5. Cancellation and Account Management

You may cancel your subscription at any time by navigating to “My Account” and managing your subscription settings.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

  • You will retain access to the subscribed book club until the billing period ends

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time unless required by law

 

6. Creator Content and Communities

Creators are responsible for:

  • The content they provide

  • The pricing and structure of their book clubs

  • Interactions within their communities

Read With Me does not guarantee the availability, quality, or outcomes of any book club or creator-led content.

 

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or creators

  • Share unauthorized content or infringe on intellectual property rights

  • Attempt to disrupt or exploit the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All platform-related content, branding, and technology belonging to Read With Me are protected by intellectual property laws.

Creators retain ownership of the content they provide. Subscribers receive limited, non-transferable access for personal use only.

 

9. Termination

Read With Me may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • Required by law

  • We discontinue part or all of the platform

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

 

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Read With Me is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results from participation in book clubs.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Read With Me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any creator content.

 

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of Read With Me after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
